How to Use Left Over Coffee and Coffee Grounds

Left over coffee can be used in many ways, such as sauces, jams, and ice cream toppings.  Left over coffee can even be used as a meat marinate.  Left over coffee can be used to bring together oils, sugar, spices, and vinegars that when blended can spread the flavor though out the meat.  This will enhance the meats flavor and bring it to a whole new level.  When the meat is put over coals, it adds to the caramelization of the meat.

The left-over coffee works well as a glaze for vegetables and other meats.  You can turn coffee into a mixed drink by adding a splash of whiskey to your favorite coffee. 

Left over coffee grounds is an excellent dry rub for meats as you can add the grounds to your favorite rubs that will add a hint of coffee taste.  Left over coffee grounds can also be used as part of a compost for potted plants as well as a compost for a garden. 

Add coffee grounds to pots and pans to scrub it clean.  When washing dirty or oily hands use as an abrasive to scrub hands and then finish washing hands with soap as usual.  Left over coffee grounds can b used as an exfoliant in your favorite body wash. 

Left over coffee grounds can also be used to touch up scratched furniture.  Used coffee grounds can be set in the refrigerator as a deodorizer to absorb smells.
