At Five Star Coffee, our journey started the same way many great coffee stories do—experimenting, learning, and perfecting the craft at home.

What began as roasting coffee for family and friends quickly turned into something more. People kept asking for more of the smooth, flavorful coffee we were creating, and that’s when we realized we had something worth sharing.

Engineering Meets Coffee

With a background in engineering electronics technology, we didn’t just want to roast coffee—we wanted to perfect it.

So we built and refined a computer-controlled roasting system designed for precision and consistency. This allows us to carefully control every roast profile, bringing out the best possible flavor in every batch.

All of our coffee is roasted in small batches in La Grange, Kentucky. We source high-quality beans from around the world and roast them fresh to ensure every bag delivers peak flavor.
