Coffee and Bean Varieties
1) Arabica Beans – These are the most common type of bean that you will find in a bag or can at your local grocery store. They have a milder taste than other types of beans and they tend to be more expensive than other types as well. They also have a higher caffeine content than other types as well so if you’re looking for a more intense cup of joe then this is the type that you should go with.
2) Robusta Beans – These are also known as “Bunker” or “French” beans because they were originally grown in France and were used to make French Roast coffee back in the day when it was first invented. They have a stronger taste than Arabica beans and they tend to be cheaper as well because they don’t have quite as much caffeine in them so if you want something that has less caffeine then this is definitely the type that you should go with.
3) Espresso Beans – These are the beans that you will find in a cup of espresso. They are very expensive, and they have a very strong taste to them so if you’re looking for something that has a stronger taste then this is definitely the type of bean that you should go with.
4) French Roast Beans – These are the beans that you will find in a cup of French Roast coffee. They have a milder taste than other types of beans and they tend to be more expensive as well. They don’t have quite as much caffeine in them so if you want something that has less caffeine then this is definitely the type that you should go with.
5) Dark Roast Beans – These are also known as “Italian” or “French” roast beans. They were originally grown in Italy and France before being brought over to America where they were used to make Italian Roast coffee back in the day when it was first invented. They have a stronger taste than other types of beans and they tend to be cheaper as well because they don’t have quite as much caffeine in them so if you want something that has less caffeine then this is definitely the type that you should go with.
6) Light Roast Beans – They have a milder taste than other types of beans and they tend to be more expensive as well because they don’t have quite as much caffeine in them so if you want something that has less caffeine then this is definitely the type that you should go with.
7) Decaffeinated Beans – They are made from the same beans that regular coffee beans are made from but they have been decaffeinated so that there is no caffeine left in them at all. You can buy these in either ground form or whole bean form and they will usually come in a bag or canister.
9) Cold Brew Coffee – This is also known as “Iced Coffee” because cold brewing involves putting ground coffee into a jar, filling the jar with water, putting the lid on, and letting it sit for 12-24 hours before serving up. The result is a very strong-tasting cup of iced coffee that is very smooth and very tasty.
