Kenya AA coffee beans are cultivated at altitudes higher than 6,600 feet above sea level. Due to the high-altitude, Kenya AA are slow to mature thus giving them a fuller flavor and a more complex body. It has been proven that coffees made with Kenya Coffee AA beans contain little-to-no bitter flavors. When green Kenya beans are graded there are a total of eight possible grades, AA being the best. With Kenya AA beans being the best they meet the high standards of physical perfection and size.
