Medium Roast

Cupping Notes: This blend presents a balanced combination of maple, honey, black tea, peach, and floral aromas, with a medium to full body.

This blend mix creates a cup with unmistakably character.  Coffee beans from different regions vary greatly in taste, acidity, aroma and body: the blending process allows for a range of desirable characteristics that are not normally attainable in a single origin bean.  After many hours of developing different roasting profiles with different origin combinations we settled with what we think is a winner.
